Just ordered a pizza at 6:10 no pizza at 7:30 for home delivery, called, they forgot to make it , never going back!!
My wife and I went there for the buffet yesterday. Everything was fresh pizza was very good. Wife loved the salad bar!! Definitely will be back.
Shout out to Pizza Factory in Fallon Nevada and Jacky Holland! They forgot our ranch and pickles so they came all the way back and gave us a $25 gift certificate!
I love the Pizza Factory Fallon's pizza. I eat there often with my family. I was there today about 1:30 for the lunch buffet with my son. There was a young man behind the counter tossing pizza dough and talking on his cell phone which I thought was not professional. Soon after that a young couple came in. He met them at the door and i am 99% positive that I sat there and watched a drug buy. It was quick but I knew what I saw right away. Why isn't chicken pizza allowed on the buffet? The last time I was here in October you put out two chicken pizzas and I asked today if she could put a chicken pizza on the buffet and she said they're not aloud to put chicken on the buffet. I wouldn't have gotten the buffet if I had known that, but I have never been told that before. It doesn't make sense!
Came in tonight for dinner. Not one clean table in the place. About 10 or more employees behind the counter including 2 cashiers and no one waiting in line. No one offered us a special or to clean a table for us. We walked all the way to the back and not one employee acknowledged us. We said by and went to our local pizza place. We will not be back.
Went for the buffet they advertise from 11-2 pm. Got there at noon there were 2 pieces of cheese pizza sitting there. The next 50 min. 2 pizzas were brought out .which I only took 1 piece from because there were so many people in line. My wife brought it to there attention and the lady behind the counter opened the oven and said do you see how busy we are. You guys have your priorities fouled up . We have already paid u.
