RecommendedOrdered from Pizza X South tonight and they accidentally sent the wrong pizza. I’m usually not one to complain, so we just ate the pizza that we got. At least it wasn’t covered in anchovies lol. Well about 15-20 minutes later the pizza guy shows up with our correct pizza and apologizes! I was pretty impressed that they corrected the problem without me saying a word...and now we’ll have leftover pizza for a couple days 😍 lol
We love it for sure. The only thing we DON'T like is having to wait until 4pm on weekends durung games to order. Yes Campus location is open but not interested in navigating that area especially with students and others who walk out in front of cars, drive any way they want etc...not interested in driving to Ellettsville either..not interested in delivery.
Tried ordering pizza here but they rather let my friend overdose than dive 10 miles, #paynetowne

Pizza x on campus is a joke! They took my order and was in route to deliver to me couldn't find my address so called and told me he refused to deliver to me. I called the west side store and the manger made it right ! Thank you west side store for listening and dealing with the issue and getting my pizza to me on time. While the campus store took a hour to call me back and say they couldn't find me
Ordered our pizza they said it would take 30 minutes...1 hour later still no pizza. So we called and they said our order was lost! They told us the would discount our order abd throw in something like cookies, but they didn't do either! We had to wait yet another hour before we actually got our pizza!
Pizza x has been my favorite for 20 years. It's always fast and delicious. I've only had a couple minor problems but they have always been easily and promptly fixed.
Hey Pizza X, thanks for wasting my time tonight! Ordered carry out, got the store, wasn’t ready – no problem. Wait around for 15 minutes only to find The pizza has been sitting on the counter for at least 10. I just got my money back and left, Not even offer to give me the pizza for free
