Little pricey but it totally worth it! Friendly staff. I love the experience every time.
The lack of professionalism at this location is significant. Their lack of professionalism caused our family to completely change our night because of their complete lack of professionalism. When we called to address the issue they made a excuses, another sign of a lack of professionalism. To me this exemplifies poor leadership. Best pizza in the area. I'm from the Northeast and admittedly a pizza snob. I work nearby but live south of the river and I go out of my way to pick up pizza from Pizza Express to take home because it is that good!
Ok folks - the box says "Best Pizza In Town!" I say ABSOLUTELY!!! It's THE BEST pizza in Richmond. And for me - ANYWHERE! Tonight I ordered via the iPhone app (what?? you DON'T have the app???). Seamless ordering of anything you want. My confirmation email said it would be "ready in 15 minutes." I walked in the door in exactly 15 minutes and my pizza was coming out of the oven and going in the box. And Filippo always has a smile on his face. What more could you ask for. This is simply THE BEST PIZZA IN TOWN!
Staff always friendly and food is amazing. It's not the cheapest place but it's worth it! Inside gets too hot to stay and eat in the warm weather. But I love coming here and my family is always happy when we come.
