Strangely both pizza slices had no taste whatsoever and I’m not exaggerating. I’m not talking about spice levels either. The cheese had no taste, the base had no taste, the meat etc. I at a bit of each and left the rest in the box. Picked up food from elsewhere and was much better. I’m writing this review to ask “why?” Why is a place that is supposed to be authentic so tasteless? Some of the best pizza I've had in town. We tried the Roman style and the Neapolitan style as well as a calzone. It was hard to pick a favorite, all three were excellent. Sauce, cheese, and toppings were flavorful, fresh, and high quality. The dough stole the show though. The Roman style was crispy on the outside, but light and fluffy on the inside, and the Neapolitan was super thin with a nice crunch and a chewy bite and a nice fluffy crust, no flop. Looking forward to going back to try the pasta.
