Got a veggie slice from this store today. The dough was so undercooked that the slice broke in half as soon as I lifted it and all the veggies fell down. Upon complaining to the attendant, she neither acknowledged nor accepted the mistake, instead started arguing and stated that’s how a fresh slice looks. She did offered me a new slice but I refused as the slice came from the same batch from which she was offering me a new slice. Ordered something and delivered something. However when we requested to replace with the same pizza which we had ordered. Giving credit $2 only for the next time. Should you not ask yourself this question? why you are in the service industry? do you really care about your customers or just showing only attitude to the customers when asking for the right thing to do.
