I recently ordered fries, and they were completely soggy with absolutely no crispness at all. More concerningly, there was a weird, disgusting smell coming from them . I wouldn't recommend getting the sides here until they improve their quality control and freshness.

Very bad taste also the customer service is not good. We ordered something they provide us wrong item.
