I ordered veg paneer pizza. Zero spicy level pizza, i also worked in restaurant, i know whats the spicy level for everyone. In Punjabi i say its total fikka no spice at all. Now say me that customer should inform us. Moreover , I specially mention give dipping. What is the meaning of mention instructions?. If customer mentioned something that has some meaning or i can say you don’t care about customer satisfaction.
