Made sure to try the pizza before applying because I need to work in a place that cares about how the food tastes. And it is A1. All the toppings you could ask for. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Have enjoyed the work a lot so far.
I ordered pizza and was told that it was busy and should expect 45 min to 1 hr for delivery. After an hour and a half wait, I called the store to see what was going on. The lady that answered the phone put me in hold for about five minutes, then returned to tell me that my order has just left the store and wound be at my house in 10 min. After waiting another 35min. Becky it breaks my heart to hear your story! And trust me it I'm working on it. This last year we have seen an increase of business that's hard for us to take on. Quite honestly our delivery range is too big and when we get that busy it's impossible to get pizzas out fast enough. It's no excuse not to keep you informed of actual delivery times though, my staff knows better. We've begun the work towards opening a south location on Harmony.
