I wanted to try this place because someone said it was really good. I called and there was an AI answering service that took the order. I was told it would take 25 mins so I thought I had time. 2 mins later I get a text it will be ready in 5 mins. So I pick up a cold pizza very dissatisfied and disappointed. In addition when you hear half sheet of pizza you think ok this will be big. The size was dissapointing and I had to stop at another place to buy a second pizza just so it was enough. Great people and amazing food. We got the deluxe and house special. Boy it was so good we even ate the crust and that says a lot about the product. This place has a lunch special from 11-3 everyday for a $7 personal pan and a drink. Definitely worth a visit back! P.s They have an AI answering system but the cashier said you can ask to speak to a person at any time and I respect that! Keep up the good work! Shout out to Nour on her customer service!
I have been a customer for 16+ years, since the old owners and also pick up deliveries. The way I was treated today was the final take from this business, like I was a thief (picking up for delivery) was horrible. I cannot help the business has a theft problem. Your business will suffer as some of the app delivery drivers are locals and customers and/or ex customers now due to the treatment.
