Hands down, our new go to place. My husband and I are both pizza fanatics, and I can not express in strong enough terms how impressed we were. I had the beef filet on my pizza which was amazing, and he had multiple toppings on his that he said were outstanding. We also had a few beers at the bar, with Tim as our bartender, great service. We were shopping in the area, so wanted to check this place out. In the future, shopping or not, we will be back as often as possible. Well done!!
My vote for the most overrated restaurant in DE. It was my first time going there tonight and I was excited to try it since I heard many good reviews. The pizza was almost raw in the middle and the 'spicy sausage was bland as could be. The only reason I gave it two stars was the dessert (Carmel Apple bread pudding) was pretty good.
Today, my mom and I had lunch at this location. Kyle was our server, and his service was superb. The kitchen staff turned our food out in plenty of time for our lunch break. I’m in the industry, and I have to say I am beyond impressed. Thanks, Pizza By Elizabeth’s! (Thanks for the extra Toffee when I got SUPER LIT about how good it was)
We started with the Big Bear's Buffalo Chicken Dip. It was an ample portion and surprisingly spicy for a commercial establishment. It was excellent. My husband had at traditional martini. I tried the Lavender Infused Lemon Drop Martini. It was too die for...almost makes me a martini fan. We chose the Montgomery, holding the onion saute, for an entree. It was delicious. Pizza by Elizabeths is by far one of my favorite restaurants. So I am very upset that I must leave a negative review. Three weeks ago I made a reservation for 20 people for Sunday the 8th to celebrate my daughter's baptism. Today, I called to confirm and sadly there is no record of my reservation. So now we have to scramble to make last minute arrangements elsewhere. I am so upset by these circumstances and do not have any plans to return there in the future.
