Zero stars. The large pizza is a medium anywhere else. Unlimited topping what a joke, I ordered double sausage with multiple others and when I went to pick it up I opened it there in front of the person claiming to be the manager and saw hardly anything on the pizza and was told they ran out of sausage. My bill was $38 and I’ve never been so disappointed
I've been eating What About Bob's subs since 2011/2012 from their original location in downtown willoughby; since then, the name and recipe have stayed but its been bought and sold a couple of times. While the quality is still good, the newest owners have unfortunately ruined the subs. Last time I had it was in 2024, and then again recently to try them one more time and its abysmal what the current owners have done. Amazing food... top notch pizza and the wings were out of this world. If you are looking for some of the best pizza in Willoughby, look no farther!
Was calling to place an order, I had few questions because I never ate from there and the person on the phone was not helpful AT ALL! I asked him 3 things after I asked him what flavor wings do they have (because it’s not listed on the website) he says “Are you placing an order because I’m busy” that is not how you speak to a customer inquiring about your food so I told him never mind and he needs to have better service when speaking to a customers. Please do better
I come here at least 3 times a week for my lunch break. Everything on the menu is fire!!!
