Got home with my food open the bag and of course they forgot a sub, returned to store an hour later they happily and promptly made it for me, mistakes happen but they handled it like true professionals. Thanks
Honestly, really disappointed with my experience here. I clearly asked for light white sauce, but they loaded my food with it to the point it was hard to even enjoy. I called to let them know, and instead of just acknowledging the mistake, the guy on the phone got defensive and said something like “you make mistakes at home too.” That just threw me off… I wasn’t calling to argue, I just wanted my order to be right. Ordered 2 chicken cheesesteaks and the seasoning that was used was awful. Almost tasted like taco seasoning. Waste of $65.00 with the cheese for the fries being cold fries and tip. I reached out to the email as instructed below and have not had anyone followup yet. I will reiterate, the food quality this time was not worth the cost.
