I would like to report an unpleasant experience at Pizza Boli’s. I called the store and was left waiting on the phone for about 10 minutes. I went to the store to politely ask why I had been kept waiting. Instead of explaining or apologizing, the employee started yelling at me and told me, “Go complain.” I found this behavior very disrespectful and unprofessional. I would appreciate it if management would look into this incident and address the way customers are treated.

Very disappointing experience. We waited an hour for our order, only for it to be wrong. We asked for extra sauce on the pizza, but it barely had any sauce, and we ordered wings with two different flavors but only received one. After waiting an hour, it’s frustrating that such simple requests weren’t followed.

Ordered a cheese pizza and when it got delivered it was a steak and cheese pizza, called the store to see if I could get a refund or something since it was the wrong order. The guy on the phone asks for name on the order and when he looks it up he says that i didn’t order a cheese pizza and that im wrong while im holding the receipt and it says Lg pizza cheese and sauce. Terrible place wouldn’t recommend

I always enjoy coming to this Pizza Boli’s location. The food is fresh, the pizza is delicious, and the service is always great. The manager, Mike, is very friendly and welcoming. You can tell he really cares about his customers and makes everyone feel appreciated. Definitely one of the best Pizza Boli’s locations. Highly recommend!

If you're a fan of steak and cheese sandwiches, you owe it to yourself to try the one at Pizza Boli's on Old Bridge Road in Woodbridge. In my opinion, it is one of the best—if not the best—steak and cheese sandwiches I have ever had. The steak was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, with a generous amount of melted cheese that complemented every bite. The bread was fresh, soft on the inside with just the right texture on the outside, making the entire sandwich absolutely outstanding. The first time I ordered it, my pl... read more
