Poor customer service when you call and order online.
i ordered a pizza through skip the dishes, but the delivery is completely run by the restaurant. i use the term “delivery” loosely because nothing was delivered after two hours. frustrated at this point, i call pizza 73 and they tell us our food was delivered, when it wasn’t. we proceed to order ANOTHER pizza, and get confirmation over the phone from the restaurant that they have our order and will deliver shortly. bet you can’t guess what happened next, because i wouldn’t be here if i ever actually got my pizza. surprise, w... read more
