I recently went through the leasing process at PIXL and Ruby made the whole experience incredibly easy. She was responsive, answered every question I had, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she actually cares about the people she’s working with, not just closing a deal. Genuinely one of the best leasing experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking at PIXL, ask for Ruby - you won’t regret it.
I recently moved into the community, and the unit itself has been great — clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I was hoping for. Ruby and the management team have also been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve reached out. That said, my overall living experience so far has been mixed.
