I’m a resident in Pixl and I accidentally parked in Pixl apartments visitor spot and they towed my car. I have my car registered and I don’t think it was appropriate for my car to be towed when I’m a resident here.
Updating my review and removing another ⭐️ after living here for several more months. Unfortunately, my experience with the community and management has continued to decline. The biggest issue has been management responsiveness. While previous management was generally communicative, the current management team has been largely unresponsive. I’ve submitted multiple escalations and have gone more than a week without receiving even a basic acknowledgment.
