We visited Pixies this week for the first time. My daughter, sister and I were pleasantly surprised by this super cute Patisserie. We were greeted by a cordial and professional young lady at the counter. They offered lunch menus but we just wanted a quick bite. We tried the meat empanadas as well as the spinach with cheese empanadas. They were super delicious, hot and crispy, just the right amount of condiments and the fillings were generous!! Every time I drive-thru Huey Mcgoo's, I want to stop at Pixies since its right behind them and you can't miss their storefront when driving-thru. Yesterday I stopped to get a dessert for the weekend. I wish I resisted the temptation! I had both a bad food experience, and in retrospect, a worse service experience. First time in got ice cream cones. Then we saw the cakes I got a slice of carrot cheese cake OMG it was delicious my two favorite cakes I'm so glad I didn't get two because I definitely would have eaten both 😁
Delucious food, comfortable atmosphere. Very reminiscent of Latino Bakeries.
