I’m so happy I found this salon! I recently moved to the area, and Nikki did an amazing job with my keratin treatment and haircut. It’s truly the best treatment I’ve had in years! This was my first time visiting Pixie studio & it will not be my last. I have been feeling down in the dumps & have been so busy so I had fallen off of my regular routine of personal care. I am trying to get back in the rhythm & so last minute as I was getting off work I decided to look to see if anywhere was open for a brazilian. Found this place on Groupon. By far one of the best wax experience. Niki was so attentive and concise. She was very detailed and friendly. I’m not new to Brazilian waxes, so have had my various experiences. I will definitely come back again! And her henna game is top tier!
I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received at Pixie Sugar Wax... I originally booked my appointment for 12:00 PM and called to see if I could come in earlier due to a prior commitment. I was told I could still come at noon, but that I likely wouldn’t be seen until later because of an 11:30 AM haircut appointment.
