It was my 1st time going to this place and I will definitely not be going back. I had made an appointment with Ken over the phone and upon arriving for my appointment I was started on my pedicure in which I had on issues with. I had requested to get my nails done by Ken when making my appointment, but instead the same older lady with the glasses did my nails. Very disappointed in Pixie. Paid $50 for gel Pedi and $80 for full set acrylic with design. My nails alone took 3 hours, and she ended up rushing at the end and smearing the whole design. I still tipped $40 because I am a nice person, but I will not be coming back to this salon. Rushed at the end, took too long to begin with, and overpriced for the ending quality of the nails.

I wanted to share some feedback about my visit today. I was just there on the 3rd, but had to come back because my polish started chipping and one nail broke. The lady at station number four redid my nails, but seemed frustrated when I mentioned a few corrections. After that, some of the staff started talking among themselves in their language, and I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

This place is super cute and professional. Close to trampoline park for when the kids jump and the new Dutch Bros coffee and Daiso in case you have to wait. Friendly customer service, I never feel rushed and the environment is relaxing with some cool vibes playlist. Very clean, ATM available inside and the best variety of nail polish compared to some other shops I've been to. Highly recommend, this is definitely my go to nail salon for months now!
