Very helpful and honest.
The first job I sent through went with out a flaw. Timing, price and quality were great. The next print job was a simple one. Half fold brochure. The first printing was delivered late and with cracked ink at the fold and the fold itself was off by by an eighth of inch. I asked for a re-print. After more than a week I called about the re-print and was told they were re-printing the re-print because the binding machine was off and took a while for the binder to figure that out.
