So the experience starts with with a consolation. JJ didn't try to pressure me at all and was careful to set a realistic expectation. I paid a deposit to reserve my appointment. I was told not to drink coffee or tea 12 hours before the appointment and recommended to take ibuprofen before the session. The office was very clean and JJ offered water before I filled out some paperwork and started the session.
