Doesn’t seem to listen to any of your health issues/ and or concerns. Doesn’t matter if you speak to the practitioners or main doctor. Are there any doctors that actually listen to how you feel? Or do they all just tell you how you’re feeling nowadays?
I have been with this office for about 20+ yrs. And I just love my Dr. and all of the office staff.
I'm not sure why people have issues with getting scripts refilled. I called and spoke to someone, and that was taken care of. They also reply quickly on the portal. Ladies at front deks and PA Catherine have been nothing but nothing pleasant and wonderful. As working in the medical field and checking patients in at my job.. it does pay to be nice to the ladies at the front.
Only giving one star because I can’t give 0.
This is a franchise like McDonalds… take your number and they’ll call you when they’re ready SMH pathetic way to do medicine and I just see it as a way for second rate doctors to operate… I’ll never go here again! I will say the doctor is nice… I would love for him to be my doctor but I’m not down with franchised medicine… receptionist rarely answers the phone you mostly just get forwarded to the franchised medicine voicemail… I want to be a patient, not a number in line with multiple text messages sent to me while I’m in th... read more
