If you need real help don't go here. Their lack of organization and lack of effort to help patients is crazy. Dylan never answers the phone and never calls back. When you do get ahold of him he ends up messing up the appointment. This is the third time I have fallen through the cracks here trying to get help. Here's hoping I get a call back today and I'm not going through another 3 weeks of Pivotal ignoring my needs. This place is a joke. Unfortunately for me this joke is my only option..
They have kept me on the right medication for over a year now. I think I am the one that stunk up the bathroom the other reviewer spoke of 😂
