Love Kelley and her style of teaching! I've really upped my yoga practice thanks to her! The variety of classes that she offers is amazing! If you are new to yoga or wanting to start yoga or a seasoned yogi, check out her classes!
We did our first Mommy + Me Move class with Kelley today and it was amazing! This is the perfect class for Mommy and toddler. Kelley moved at my pace and was so sweet to my son. She's so kind and laid back. The kids are able to do movements with mom, dance, play with balls/blocks and run around the room. It was a blast and I got a really great workout. We can't wait for the next 3 classes!
Love Kelly she's so wonderful. Great space, great energy, excellent teacher.
