Fastvin and out very understanding and friendly
We purchased an Armedica Treatment table in early 2024 from one of there distributors. The table worked great till November as one leg wasn't deploying evenly with the other 3. I called Pivital & was put in touch with a rep. He called me, asked me a bunch of questions & requested photos - which I did. The only way to communicate with him was email, yes he did have a phone with voice mail but would NEVER call me. I purchased the ATT-300 roller massage table from PHS (Dr Brad Lustick). Received updated shipping info about a week in advance of delivery. Table was delivered about a week sooner than promised. Table came securely crated and in good condition. Before ordering from PHS, I had contacted another supplier, but their reviews, which included no communication after payment and in some instances customers had to contact credit card company for a refund. This was not the case with PHS. Very happy with customer service and product.
Outstanding customer service, speedy response time, and the item is shipping weeks sooner than their competition could do! 10/10 will be a repeat customer!
