I became a member about 6 months now. I am one who has never been in a gym since high school when basketball practice had to work out. If you want a place that gives you comfort of working out without feeling embarrassed or uneasiness, then this would be the place. The people here are not stuck up, and are friendly, also too busy focusing on why they are there. It is a busy gym, but that alone should tell you about the other gyms that are around. This is a great gym to go to. I've been going there for about 7 years now. The employee's are awesome. They are very kind and helpful. Unlike other gyms, the trainers actually train the the people that request their expertise. They are with you the whole time during your workout that they have designed for your desired results. They have every kind of state of the art machine, cardio equipment, free weights, a hit zone as well as classes in aerobics. It is the place to be for Great workouts.
