Water fountain always broken, machines broken. Now showers out of order like get your shit together and fix stuff
Toured location yesterday and was super excited. Checked out daycare said we had a 3 yr old and 9month old and sales guys said “ oh cool”. Came in next day after getting 2 kids ready and drove 30 min. We go to sign up and the same guy says “ I’m really sorry daycare is for 1 year and up” Poor salesman Facilities looked good that’s why we were excited. However the lack of basic skills and communication were disappointing.
The owner obviously has never needed to use a locker room.How is it possible to make a locker room smaller than the previous fitness center???

I still go here but only bc it’s so close to my home. I’ve only been a member a few months and in this short time the sauna, the equipment, the air conditioning, and now the water fountain have been broken. You better pray your favorite equipment or activity (such as drinking water) doesnt break because they’ll hang a ‘everyone need a rest day’ sign on it for a month!!
