This one of the few 24 hours gym in the Summerville area, the equipments are a little old, but in good working condition. The gym is very clean and there's always paper towels and spray to wipe down the equipment. I have access to several gyms in the area such as Crunch, planet fitness, etc, but pivotal is my favorite one because is not crowded. If anyone is looking to hit the gym early in the morning or late at night go to this location.

It is horrible to cancel the service. I was not feeling comfortable and decided to leave two months ago. I let them know, but they always sent me an email telling me that the request will take 5 to 7 working days to respond. The membership sir is never there to talk to him. I have been in person for a week now. They do not let me leave and I am getting charged 150 dollars more plus monthly membership to me it seems to be a fraud.

Absolutely horrendous cancellation policy, they've been trying to get me to pay for 2 months of gym membership to which I never even used, as well as the fact that they want me to pay the annual fee since its the new year. The process to cancel was already frustrating in and of itself. It wasn't an easy link to find at all. Decent gym, just poorly managed. Broken equipment, deceitful practices and lack of communication.
