I was in a bind coming home from Europe when my flight was delayed several hours. I reached out to Pivotal the morning of my return and they were able to provide a car for later in the evening. After a long journey in the air, their car service was exactly what I needed to get home safely and comfortably.
I was picked up last night by a driver named Connor. What a nice young man ! He was polite and respectful and made the perfect amount of conversation. Some drivers talk the entire time and some not at all. It can make for an awkward ride. He made the ride easy going for all of us Directions on how to proceed to the pickup area are detailed and made it as easy as can be. And the complimentary cold water in the car is the perfect touch ! This will surely be my go to from now on !
I rarely leave reviews and in fact it’s been several weeks since my trip and I’m just catching up on things and I feel like I need to praise pivotal car service in my interaction with them, Larry at the office and the drivers. They were extremely helpful, pleasant, communicative, and kept me up-to-date every step of the way. The drivers were very friendly, courteous and made us feel totally at ease.
