Top Notch Service, beginning to end of our trips!! Larry and Nicole both our drivers to and from Boston Logan! We get 48,24,12 hour updates from them via text and email. We have used them a couple of times! Very beautiful vehicles, clean and comfortable! Do not hesitate to use them!!! You will not regret it! After a late flight into Boston, and while still taxiing, I found a text from my Pivotal driver, Tyler, that he was already at Logan and waiting outside. We confirmed his exact location and he patiently waited over 15 minutes while I stood at Baggage Claim for a much delayed service. When I got to the door number Tyler had indicated, he was standing with my name on a sign and a big smile on his face, a welcomed sight indeed.
