I have been paying on my car for almost over 2 years, my balance has not gone down, which has made me question if the books are being fixed. I went to trade in the car, and Lisa told the dealership that the place I bought the vehicle from was out of business and they needed to locate the title. Payed off my car and got my title in hand from a dealer and these scammers say I owe another 500 when I clearly payed off my car and got my title. They said they’re going to repo my car if I don’t make another payment. Such scumbags
Place is a scam.. I made a full payment and a partial payment. Apparently the insurence I had ran out in August yet they seem to think I never had insurence..though I needed full coverage before I could even leave with the car... I made payments . 2 weeks later I'm informed they took my payments and paid their own insurance on the vehicle... these people just screw the hell out of people. And now they think they're going to take care car back? No ill continue to make my payments like I was and you guys can deal with my lawye... read more
This is a great company to work with. It’s been so helpful with my car payments and very helpful. When I was in an accident they took care of everything so the insurance company would not rip me off. I will definitely be returning to this company to handle my financial.
I spoke with Lisa Carrasco and explain that had I received the notices that I would have paid off the vehicle. I never received any of the notices nor did I receive a notice of how much the car was sold at auction. Under the UCC code title nine the lender is supposed to deduct the price of the car when it’s sold at action from the money that is owed on the vehicle.
