The exceptional customer service here is top tier. I honestly don’t think you’ll find customer service this great anywhere else, no matter the field. Trey was my actual therapist, but feeling included with all of the other wonderful therapists made the experience unique. I came in unsure of how I felt pain wise. After I few sessions I knew work needed to be done and Trey did just that. I have NOTHING BAD To say About Pivot . Thank You !!
I’ve been calling for a week at different times of the day during business hours. No one ever answers the phone nor returns messages.
I can not brag enough about this place. My daughter is a competing gymnast with a very busy schedule between school practice and various medical appts to keep her body strong. Ms. Tonya is always sure to accommodate our schedule and Hannah has done wonders for my daughter who came to her suffering from Osgood Schlatters. She is always friendly and gets my kid to do PT work without pain. Hands down don’t go anywhere else come to Pivot navy yard where your recovery always comes first.
