The level of care and respect pivot point has for its clients is incredible!!! I've been to other sober livings and about 10 rehabs and only managed a couple months of sobriety... while in pivot point I have gone years without drugs or alcohol. The program works. This place works.. I finally got a 2nd chance at a first class life. Thanks pivot point love ya'll!!!!

Current manager of the house I was at and his supervisor, are both bullies whose attitude is reflected in their behaviors towards clients. Lots of critical judgment that is NOT conducive to a positive recovery environment. Talking about clients behind their backs to other clients and contracting are the norm. The vibe really sucks due to the constant threat of being kicked out for the most minor infraction. This attitude and emphasis comes from the top down. I lived at Pivot Point for nearly 2 years. Best sober living community I've ever been apart of. I really benefitted from the safe and drug free environment that they ensure for all tenants.I highly recommend this, for anyone that's recovering from addiction.
