Awful communicators didn’t know about a 2 week demand notice until the last day incompetent idiots that don’t know how to use a phone
Horrible property management. As some of the previous reviews mention, they are HORRIBLE with communication. My partner had issues with them and they ignore emails, calls, any attempt to request help with certain issues. It is their job to help but no, they ignore. Pure negligence.

From a service provider's perspective, Pivot Point is a great management company to work with. We work with many management companies, and Pivot Point is one of the best. They are quick with their communication when acting as the go-between for us and the tenants/owners, and we never have to worry about payment, as it's always provided in a timely fashion.
