Overall I had a good experience with this practice. It was mostly due to my therapist moving from his old practice to here and I followed. So it was just the usual intake paperwork and started appointments. Although, unexpectedly my therapist stopped working at this practice and I wasn’t made aware. I've had an over all pleasant experience with pivot point. The intake coordinator was helpful, and I was able to have my child seen fairly quickly. My child's therapist is very nice and works well with him. The general atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming.

If you are looking for professional service look elsewhere. I've had a myriad of problems with these people including getting billed for services after i dropped them as a patient and not getting my money back after i requested it. You'd have better luck trying to phone call the president than getting in contact with the practitioner if you need their help.
