Overall I had a good experience with this practice. It was mostly due to my therapist moving from his old practice to here and I followed. So it was just the usual intake paperwork and started appointments. Although, unexpectedly my therapist stopped working at this practice and I wasn’t made aware. Now, I’m not sure what their policies are about contacting clients of when their provider is no longer at that group or what. I've had an over all pleasant experience with pivot point. The intake coordinator was helpful, and I was able to have my child seen fairly quickly. My child's therapist is very nice and works well with him. The general atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming.
Everyone I have met and talked to has been very helpful and professional. I look forward to going each time they always have a smile and are very welcoming!
