AMAZING! My husband and I went to Pivot today for the first time and were thoroughly impressed with the friendly and professional service. We saw Rebecca and it was refreshing to have someone ask questions, be interested in the issues and offer options for solutions. Rebecca was caring, professional, proactive in assessing our feet and gentle. The reception staff were also friendly and professional.. This is the best podiatrist practice we have visited and have already made our next appointment. Thank you
Have tried for 3 months to cancell any appts with this podiatrist. None the less every month I still get reminders with a threat to charge me if I don't reschedule an appt I never made. Is anyone else in this position. I've tried twice to talk to their management....frustration!!!!!
I can’t recommend Pivot Podiatry highly enough! I have had pain in my foot arches for about 3 years now with no success trying other various treatments. Nick took the time to thoroughly assess my concerns, explain everything clearly, and develop a treatment plan that actually works. I felt listened to and well looked after every step of the way. Excellent Service!!! I came in to see Dr Nick with a foot injury and had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and Dr Nick took great care of foot, which is feeling so much better thanks to his expert advice and treatment. Highly recommend!
