I chose this Athletico location because it was convenient and close to where I live, and they had open appointments that meant they could start working with me right away. I was following up on imaging showing a small tear in my left medial meniscus, which meant that I needed to not play pickleball until I could strengthen the muscles around my left knee. I’ll be blunt and make it easy for you – if you need physical therapy, just go to Pivot in Prince Frederick. I’ve been actively involved in various athletic activities throughout my life and have gone to maybe seven or eight physical therapy locations in a number of states over the past 40 years. I'm an elderly guy who had his right hip replaced at the end of December, 2025. Pivot's of Prince Frederick did the physical therapy. That therapy was an outstanding success. After only two months I can walk a mile, and plan resuming national pickleball tournaments in two months. Caroline Bruce and her incredible team really know their stuff. I’m not much on Physical therapy. I have been advised many times over the years to do it but the one time I did I hated it until recently when I started going to Pivot in Prince Frederick. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Loren and Caroline are awesome, so is Kayla and Melanie. The whole group does a great job. I can’t say enough good things about the team here. From the physical therapists Loren, Caroline, and Marsha to the support staff Kayla, Anna, and Melanie. They were all great. They made you feel welcome, made sure you had everything you need, and pushed you to work a little harder. They are about to move to a new location in March that is much larger and renovated in Fox Run. I wish them all the best!
