Great experience with Therapists and Staff until i reveived a bill a couple months after i completed treatment for a NO-SHOW. I had 12 sessions to help with my Sciatica and Peter my therapist was great. I had sessions 3 times each week at 8am. One Wednesday morning I woke with a migrane and could not get to my appointment and called as soon as their office opened to explain. After having a right knee replacement, I didn’t know what to expect with physical therapy. I selected Pivot, as it was closest to my home. I cannot say enough good things about this practice! Chris is an amazing physical therapist and takes things at your own pace. He listens, gives suggestions, and is just as invested in your recovery as you are. The Pivot/athletico staff at the Gaskins/ Broad location were super helpful, attentive and kind. Chris O’Sullivan really helped me with complex set of issues impacting my mobility and quality of life. PT with him and his assistants really helped me get back into my full life routine and I’m grateful. Definitely recommend!!
