Nancy did a great job of pinpointing the precise pain points and inflammation resulting from years of a repetitive/overuse injury, and formulating specific exercises and movements to promote healing and minimize discomfort. Extremely beneficial treatment, and flexible scheduling.

Very motivating!!. The entire staff acknowledges each person and helps. They all constantly check in with you while during exercises. They work together cohesively to meet healings goals.
