Pivot/Athletico is a prime example of how most physical “therapy” companies don’t put the patient’s care first. Kyle’s priority is to book 2 to 3 clients at a time (so Pivot can make more money). With 2 to 3 clients at once, he’s spread too thin and can’t do any manual therapy on any of them. He manages the clients from his laptop, while they do all the work. It’s more like a low quality personal training studio, instead of a physical therapy clinic.
TJ is my go-to PT and his team is amazing.
I’ve worked with a lot of physical therapists, Pivot has been the best! TJ was recommended by more than one friend—now it’s my turn. His calm demeanor, dry wit and physical therapy skills made every visit better than the previous one. I highly recommend TJ and his wonderful staff at Pivot!
I went to Pivot for pre-op Pt before my hip replacement surgery. I then went to them post-op. They have provided me with excellent care. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They know exactly what to do to assist my recovery.
