If you want exceptional physical therapy, and highly trained and caring staff then you definitely need to go the Pivot at 141 Thomas Johnson dr. Rashmi, Conrad, and Emma, are truly a blessing. As soon as you walk through the front door you are greeted by friendly front desk staff and made to feel like you are part of their family. I give my thanks for a job well done.
The older black receptionist with the glasses is very disrespectful. The way she talks to people is just beyond ignorant, and not in a good manner. She does not make patience feel welcome. They canceled my appointment and tried to say they called me. They never called me or left a voicemail as they claim . Overall the practitioners are nice The receptionist not so well
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped with my issue neck issue and I feel much better. Rashmi was great! Thank you so much!
My son Lucas really enjoyed his time at Pivot and looked forward to his sessions with Rashmi, Megan and Rachael. They always made sure he was comfortable and worked at his level. While I hope he won’t need physical therapy again, we will be back here if he does!
