Staff is professional and welcoming. Equipment is well arranged and clean. Scheduling was easy. The center is very clean. I am meeting my goals here! I highly recommend the Pivot PT-Morrisville!
Terrible physical therapy and the billing is fraudulent. How do you fabricate a bill months later. When you have already sent 2 bill that show proof of zero balance. Lacking common sense, I still have proof of the original bill. You can create a fake one all you want, it will still be disputed. Alway keep your receipts and records better yet go with someone else
I canceled my service after 2 visits. The pt was not listening to me. She even the pain will get worse before it's gets better. False, the exercises were causing re injury. Some were good, over all not good. The worst part was receiving a bill 3 months later request more money. I paid off my balance was even given a bill with zero balance. Now they have made this fake bill asking me for more money. What a joke, they seem to be known for this scam...
