I have been going to Pivot Hand Center for a number of years. The staff could not be more friendly. There is never any waiting.. they take you right in at your appointment time. They even call you when appointments come up to see if you want to come in earlier. Great bunch of people!
Pivot Physical Therapy at 14302 Barton Blvd SW Suite 201, Cumberland, MD 21502 is the best!! They Are All Completely Amazing!!! They are very professional and answer any and all questions!! I am excited to get better but I'm definitely going to miss these wonderful people when I do!! If you ever need physical therapy this is the place to go!!!
I was post-op from a full thickness/full length tear of my rotator cuff in my dominate arm... :( I searched for PT in my area and found Pivot PT at Landsdowne station. I love it and am doing very well! Scott and Dan are wonderful, caring and both are extremely knowledgeable. Scott calmed my fears on my first visit and I actually look forward to my visits 3 times a week! Highly recommend the Landsdowne Pivot!!
I have been going to pro Care and now Pivot off and on for 9-10 years! I have always been satisfied with the help I have received. Now I have been going since a year ago last November. They really have helped me. I am going now for maintenance. The therapists and assistance are a great help! I recommend them to anyone who is thinking of PT!
Everything was perfect. first time there and i actually felt comfortable. staff is nice as well. highly recommended for the one in Prince Frederick MD
Currently receiving PT and dry needling at the Fleet St location in Baltimore. The staff are absolutely fantastic and friendly. Scheduling is a breeze and they are always willing to squeeze you in. Thank you for all you do - without PT and this team, I would not be where I am today in my PT journey!

From my very first dealings with the FOC Melissa, to the Dry Needling that I had done, everyone was wonderful to work with. Emilie explained the entire process of Dry Needling to me, what to expect during and after as well. Great folks to deal with!
