Competent, confident, consistent care! Lauren Farrell in Durham keeps things moving and interesting by changing up my exercises while constantly monitoring and assessing my progress. She asks questions and listens to feedback. I don’t want to need PT, but I’m glad she is on my recovery team.
We have officially “graduated” PT :) Your Pottstown location is very warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in the front door you are welcomed with a hi and smiles. Everyone acknowledges you here. I highly recommend this location. Just know you all are the best and you made her recovery and healing process painless. I can’t believe the progress she has made especially with all that she had done with her surgeries. THANK YOU Dria, Novita, Casey, student Julian, and last but not least Robert (Bobbie). We will miss you all!
Dan & Scott are amazing. They realize how much pain I am in & take it easy on me. They know their stuff! I highly recommend the Lansdowne Washington Blvd location with Dan & Scott. They rock!
Front desk girl was rude and patronizing! When a patient tells you they are having a BAD day and super emotional, you don’t try to bully them into filling out excess paperwork when they have already given you everything needed to bill including copay! Which was NOT returned when I left without treatment! VERY RUDE
I had a great experience with the Washington DC U St location. The scheduling staff and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, Brianna and Noveen. I first interacted with Noveen when I first started coming here and then I mostly dealt with Brianna. They were both really friendly and helpful and they made my experience here super welcoming and inviting. My PT was Micah, he was great to work with. They did an excellent job with making sure i was comfortable . They were never once rude or try to push me to hard . I highly recommend.
They know what they are doing.
This place is very much welcoming and friendly. Front desk staff with smile. And therapist Chris has magic in his hand. ( I got treated by Chris, but I see rest of the therapist treat ptn equally good)He listens to you understood my pain. When I 1st went there I could not walk well, could not sit,could not sleep and I was not able to do my routine chores or was not able to live normal life.
