I had a really smooth experience with Pivot Interiors to repair my Herman Miller Embody chair. I reached out over email to provide the information needed to fulfill my request. It took a couple weeks to get the request approved and the part order but once everything was received they dispatched a repairman within a few days to install the new part. Leo from Pivot was quick with his work and I'm happy to have a functioning chair again!

I have attempted multiple calls and emails to Pivot Interiors with the intention of fixing a small broken piece on a Herman Miller Aeron and have yet to recieve a response. It has been 3 months. Greater Herman Miller recognizes them as an authorized retailer and they have a 'service' line to their phone tree, but I've yet to see any service at all!
