they took over a building i live in and are exceptionally RUDE! simply asking a question and trying to be polite to them leads to them yelling at you. They have no knowledge of customer service and treat tenants like dead beats. I pay my rent on time every month and this month is the 2nd time they claim not to have received it. when i went to my bank they have proof that my check was cashed by the actual realty group. i honestly cant wait to move out and if it didn't involve breaking my lease and loosing my security deposit ... read more
