Great customer service.
My experience with Pivetti Property Management and the property manager, Evelyn, has been extremely disappointing. We repeatedly informed management about maintenance issues and mold concerns in the apartment, but the problems were not addressed in a timely or satisfactory manner. Wow, the two ladies here are UNprofessional and Rude for no reason. I simply inquired regarding a property for rent, Now I see why they have such terrible reviews! SMH
I was hired to do a job for Evelyn was told it was a private home she needed done arrived did the job as soon as I sent payment she said it wasn’t done to her expectation she than told me to contact tenant for payment very unprofessional still haven’t gotten paid and wouldn’t recommend working with them thank you and have a good day
