The Pius team did an excellent job on our construction project (new kitchen) and we would highly recommend their team for any similar jobs in Seattle. The owner is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work, which he completes on time, within budget and according to the building code, with all the necessary permits.

The Pius staff made our remodel project such a pleasant experience. Our extensive project included the entire living level of our home, including the kitchen, in addition to a bathroom upstairs. We appreciated the fact that the dust and debris were kept to a minimum during demolition and there were never construction items left outside our home. After 19 years, it was definitely time to remodel our kitchen. We talked to multiple remodeling companies and chose Pius Kitchen over the others because they provided the most help in turning our general ideas into the final design. They also brought their own ideas to the table and we highly considered their professional input.

The result... spectacular! I borrowed a lot of design ideas from DIY Network shows. Some of them are glass counter tops, a band of glass tiles that serves as back splash and slows across the room, heated tile floor, star medallion centered front of vanity serving as a "tile mat", legs instead of toe- kick for the vanity, etc. They pulled off exactly what I had in mind. I don;t think a lesser experienced team could have pulled this off.

I was totally sold on Pius Kitchen by the 2nd meeting when the project manager brought everyone into the bathroom. My master bathroom is not small, but with me, the project manager, carpenter, electrician, plumber, painter, and flooring guy, it was crowded. The trade pros were not just talking to me about what I wanted, but they were also talking to each other about the job. The plumber was telling the carpenter where he need access panels for the tub. I am a single parent with a full-time job. Typically, I communicated with the project manager my email after I put the kiddo to bed. That was usually pretty late in the evening, and a few time were on the weekends. Almost always I'd receive a reply immediately. I felt guilty that they were answering emails late in the evening and on the weekends to accommodate my schedule. I told them many times not to respond until the next work day.
