Still waiting for a return call on a poor service call. I've called twice and have been told the manager will call me back. 2 weeks and no call yet. I guess it's off to small claims court. In my opinion this is not a good service company. I will never use them again and will advise anyone needing service to go to another company
I would leave no stars but it's not an option. I made an appointment yesterday, to find out today that it was never scheduled. The customer service rep on the phone could only tell me there was nothing and now I need to owners permission to have them come out. Thanks for making me sweat all day in 107 degree weather. All I need is the lines vacuumed out of a mini split system that's not even attached to the house......Thanks for nothing!

Rip off everytime they come out its 250 for a 20 dollar part 500 for a relay switch on my ac they got me twice I told them I wanted to cancel the 2 visits they said ok 6 months later I get a call I need to pay 197 to cancel. Keep ripping people off mohave county is not that big. Stay away
Seems like 5000 for water softener way over priced..
