Terrible service by female staff. Refused to work with me regarding payments. And let me leave with a hole in front tooth area. I paid $400 a week ago but no work was done yet. I left with hole in tooth and yet they took my $400 with no problem. No one reviewed any payment plan at that time . I told the receptionist that day that I would pay $400?that day which she said was fine. If i could give an honest review with 0 stars I would. Ive been a patient of this practice for years. The partials that this dentists office gave me at first fit great and Dr Mccarthy at the time was amazing. But after losing 158lbs my mouth completely changed. I had gone in for several adjustments with my partials and each time they were either too loose, were set so far back i was gagging and throwing up, they were uneven to the point where one side touched my gums and the other side just kind of flopped around, and this l... read more
This is the first review I’ve ever written and if I could give zero stars I would. This was by far the worst experience of my life. The lack of professionalism was absolutely sickening! I’ve had anxiety for quite some time about visiting a dentist. More so of embarrassment. Throughout my teens I endured major reconstruction of my mouth due to an underbite.
