After 6 months of agonizing pain I was referred to Dr. Mike. I couldn't walk, sit or even lay down without feeling excruciating pain. I was diagnosed prior with a L5 L4 disc herniation with a pinched s1 nerve root. I tried everything from oral steroids to injections, and physical therapy- Nothing touched the pain. I have a 2 year old daughter who I couldn't even take care of because I couldn't do anything. My days consisted of laying flat down on the floor in misery. In 2014 I came to Pittsford Performance after struggling with a high ankle sprain for over a year. One doctor told me I needed surgery while other doctors told me I needed to keep rehabbing while acknowledging it would never be 100% healthy. I can't tell you how thankful I am that I heard about them and gave them a try! I was a broke college kid at the time and my only goal was to be able to play soccer worry free. Dr Rob and his crew are wonderful! I had a nasty disc injury rear it's ugly head last week unable to move, let alone walk, without having severe pain that had me sobbing. After just one adjustment and one treatment from Dr Rob, I was able to walk on my own again and get up with only minimal assist and no tears. After five visits I am feeling back to normal and able to care for my two little ones all on my own. Thank you, PPC, for helping me get back on my feet.
