Terrible place. They never answer your calls, they never reply to emails, even when you are there and there are people inside their office they never answer calls. I've made 3 attempts over the span of a few months. They clearly do not want new customers. At least just put a sign outside saying you're full!
We needed a storage place for my Mom's move and everything about the entire process to reserve remotely, get the room (most places charge you for a lock, they give you one, meet you at the gate walk you through everything, etc.), and eventually finish our time here could not have been easier. The owner is amazing with a level of service that we used to expect, but now is rare and worth writing a review about.
