I was made to wait 3 days for a urgent dental situation. Received multiple texts confirming my scheduled appointment. Arrived 10 mins early to the scheduled appointment, checked in at front desk, confirming my appointment time and the dentist I was seeing. I was then told to have a seat in the waiting room. After patiently waiting 30 minutes, I inquired as to the delay and was then told "Dr. Chris" doesn't start seeing her patients until 9:30am.
