I made an appointment in August 2017 for PVC to evaluate the veins in my legs. Since my mother and several of her sisters suffered from severe varicose veins in their later years, I wanted to avoid such issues myself. I already had numerous spider veins and a protruding varicose vein in the lower part of my right leg; I also had occasional localized pain and heaviness in both legs. Great staff at Pittsburgh Vein Center. It's not often people look forward to going to the doctor, but i really enjoy my visits to the PVC. My legs have improved imensly. If you have issues with varicose veins or any other type of venous deficiency, stop and see Dr Plaza-Ponte and his super staff.
